Refund policy

At Bhasha, every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with utmost care to ensure premium quality and craftsmanship. Since all our creations are made to order, we do not follow a general return policy.

Any return requests due to incorrect size selection or inaccurate body measurements provided for custom outfits will not be accepted. We encourage you to carefully review our size chart before placing your order.

As many of our products are hand-embroidered, there may be slight chances of embellishments or threads loosening during transit. We cannot be held liable for such occurrences. However, we do understand that certain exceptional situations may require a return or refund. Please go through our policy below to know the conditions under which returns and refunds will be considered. 

Return Conditions You may return your order only if:

• The wrong item was sent, or the item has a defect.
• The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Please note that damages caused during shipping are not covered under this policy. To initiate a return, kindly write to us at info.shopbhasha@gmail.com within the given timeframe. Return shipping charges will need to be borne by the buyer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service and keeping proof of dispatch in case the parcel is lost in transit. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it for eligibility. If approved, we will update you via email regarding your refund or store credit.

Refund & Store Credit

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days and credited only to the original payment method.
• If you opt for store credit, it will be issued as a unique coupon code, redeemable on your next purchase.

Important Notes

• Since each garment is hand-dyed, stitched, and embroidered, slight variations are natural and add to the uniqueness of every piece.
• The colors of the actual outfit may differ slightly from what you see on screen due to lighting and display settings.
