Shipping policy
At Bhasha, we take utmost care in shipping your handcrafted pieces safely and on time. Please read the policy below carefully.
Shipping Address
• Kindly ensure that you provide the correct shipping address while placing
your order.
• Bhasha will not be held responsible for parcels shipped to an incorrect
address provided by the customer.
Domestic Shipping (India)
• We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
• Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times. If the delivery is
unsuccessful, the buyer will need to collect the parcel from our office in Mumbai. Any related charges will be borne by the buyer.
International Shipping
• Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated based on the
greater of actual weight or volumetric dimensions of the parcel, rounded up to the next 500 grams as per courier policies.
• Customs duties, taxes, or any additional charges levied by the destination
country will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• The courier partner will attempt delivery two times, after which the buyer
will have to collect the order from the nearest courier office. Additional charges for the same will be borne by the buyer.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
• Since all garments are custom-made, please allow a minimum of 30–35
business days for processing before dispatch.
• Delays caused due to public holidays, festivals, or unforeseen
circumstances beyond our control will not be our responsibility. We will, however, keep you updated on the status of your order.
Additional Information
• Address changes can only be requested within 48 hours of placing your order.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as a payment option.
